Beach Slang: Explains The New- Quiet Slang

Philadelphia’s Beach Slang recently announced the release of their relative, Quiet Slang.

This fall, James Alex will debut his newest project — Quiet Slang, We Were Babies & We Were Dirtbags EP, where he plays solo with a contributing pianist and cellist.

The EP will include two Beach Slang songs, as well as, covers of The Replacements and Big Star (both covers being exclusive to this record). Pre-order the EP HERE. (see full tracklisting below). A cassette version of the EP will be available on Cassette Store Day this October 14th.

And when my soul splits, maybe this will be the thing that sneaks me through the gates. If not, well, those are the breaks.”
